Turn insight into action, with the right controls

A recommendation is not a decision. Kinsai proposes; your people accept it, change it or reject it with a reason, and anything consequential waits for the right sign-off.

A Kinsai action with its owner, deadline, the sign-off it needs and the original recommendation beside what the team agreed.
An action: the original recommendation, what the team agreed, the sign-off it needs and the result. Sample data.

From recommendation to done

Accept, edit or reject

Every decision is recorded with who made it and why. Changes to scope, owner, timing or target are kept alongside what was recommended, so results are judged on what was actually done.

Sign-off that follows your rules

Changes to prices, contracts, spending, people or customer messages go to the named approver, and move up automatically when they exceed that person's authority. Rewording an action never removes the need for sign-off.

Routed to the person who covers it

Upload your job descriptions, approval procedures and standard operating procedures. Each insight and action reaches the right person with your own procedure linked, and each person sees only their part.

A task in the CRM, not another list

An accepted action lands on its owner's task list in KinCRM with its deadline. Ticking it off in the CRM completes it in Kinsai.

Objectives that connect strategy to daily work

Kinsai drafts objectives from what it sees: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound, each with a starting point, a target, an owner and a review date.

  • Nothing is committed until a responsible person approves it.
  • Progress shows where the measure is against where it should be by today.
  • When an assumption changes, Kinsai recommends a review instead of quietly moving the target, so objectives stay honest and comparable over time.

A weekly review that ends in decisions

Once a week, every open insight gets a decision: act on it, keep watching it or dismiss it. Nothing sits in an inbox.

  • Last week is read back: actions completed, outcomes verified and objectives on track.
  • The reviewer rates whether the insights led to better decisions, which is how you judge whether Kinsai is earning its place.
  • Each person sees their own insights, actions and objectives; leadership sees everything.
