Completing an action is not the same as solving the problem. Kinsai measures each result against its starting point once enough time has passed, says how confident it is that the action caused it, and names what else could explain it.
Is Kinsai working?
Kinsai is judged on results, not on how many dashboards it produces. The impact page shows, for the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months against the period before:
- how useful its insights are, in your team's own ratings
- how many recommendations are taken up
- the days from insight to action
- the share of results verified
- how often an insight turned out to be wrong
It learns from you
- Topics your team marks as not useful are raised more quietly.
- Change a recommendation before accepting it, and the next one comes back your way.
- A recommendation rejected twice is not proposed again.
